Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Time & Rates
We currently ship within the United States using USPS and UPS. Orders are delivered within 7 days from the date of shipment.
Domestic Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping (7-Day Delivery) – Flat rate: $5.95
- Expedited Shipping (Faster Delivery) – Rate calculated at checkout
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.
Shipping Delays & Issues
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or other external factors. Cowlo is not responsible for carrier-related delays once the package has shipped. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact the shipping carrier or reach out to us at service@cowlotallow.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Cowlo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or contact the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we are unable to make changes or issue refunds.
